What I believed was my superpower -- being all things to all people all the time -- was, in fact, the belief that caused me the most pain.  

I didn’t want to disappoint anyone so I responded with an enthusiastic YES to all sorts of invitations I didn’t want- at work, within my volunteer gigs, church, neighborhood, family, and circle of friends. And my resentment was growing.

Just because you are good at something doesn’t mean you have to do it. Woah!

It took me decades of education, training, and observation to create a system to learn how to set healthy boundaries.

Now I get it, and I want to share it with YOU!

Emily is a soul-searching joy-creator with a raw passion for helping others to shine! She earned a teaching certificate and B.A. in psychology from Wheaton College, and a M.Ed in counseling from Plymouth State, as well as certificates from the University of New Hampshire, Life Mastery Institute, and Tony Robbins. Emily is a TEDx speaker.

She has taught and traveled all over the planet- from Alaska to Istanbul, and the US Virgin Islands to the Czech Republic. As a coach, she has integrated her favorite elements from the best of her life experiences- teaching, counseling, speaking, meeting new people, building community and affecting positive change.

She was called to do this work.

Day 1 : Create a Life by Design

Life doesn’t happen TO you, life happens THROUGH you. You are constantly creating your own reality with your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We’ll make shift happen! Shift from living a life by default to a life by design.

Day 2 : Define Your Dreams

What would you LOVE? Look beyond your current conditions and circumstances to dream and define. Flirt with the edges of your comfort zone. You can have, do, be, give, and create anything you desire. (You are your greatest obstacle!)

Day 3 : Measure Your Emotions

The quality of your life is a direct reflection of your emotional state- it’s not image, money, status, or stuff and things. What are your consistent emotions? Learn how to move up the emotional scale, or raise your vibration.

Day 4 : Identify Your Core Values

Your core values are your compass and guide every decision you make- all day, everyday. Knowing your values: help find your purpose, eases decision making, increases confidence, guides you through difficulty. What do you stand for?

Day 5 : Set Healthy Boundaries

People pleasing is not an act of love, it is an act of fear. Life is a choose-your-own adventure. If you are not feeling a “Heck yeah!” then you are free to respond with a confident, “No, thank you”. Oh baby, this is the ultimate personal freedom!

Do I have to attend live?

We strongly encourage you to attend live each day, however the recordings will be available for a limited time if you can't make it live one of days.

When is the Challenge? And is it Online?

The Challenge starts on Monday, June 3 at 7 pm EST. We'll be live Monday-Friday and you can attend from the comfort of your own home.
